Above and Beyond, that is what you should expect at Mr Fox Tire. I was stranded in Buffalo with a flat tire on my way to get an urgent passport. I have specific 21 inch tires that they don’t keep in stock and they went out of their way to reach out to their distributor to deliver a new set in a few hours. I was able to get my passport and went on my merry way. These guys are rockstars, let them help you!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Fox Tire, and that’s something I truly value when it comes to automotive work. What stands out most to me is their integrity and work ethic. I appreciate their process — you can bring your vehicle in and explain what you think might be wrong, but they still take the time to thoroughly inspect it themselves and call you before starting any work. That level of transparency and communication goes a long way. Every time I’ve left there, I’ve been satisfied with the service and the quality of the work. I’ve never had to return for the same issue, which says a lot about the pride they take in doing the job right the first time. Their team is also patient and polite, which makes the whole experience much easier. They take the time to explain things and treat customers with respect.
